Graduate with a first in Film Studies and Screenwriting. I am an aspiring director and have worked on a number of short films and music videos for university assignments, as well as producing and directing one music video and one short film independently. These projects have helped me to build technical skills across departments including writing, directing, camera, lighting, sound, editing. I am now looking for runner roles which can help me to further grow my technical skills and build a set of production credits which will help my progression.
Self-taught SFX make-up application. I used this on my short 'It's Nothing' combined with stop motion blending in the style of Ray Harryhausen to create body horror effects. I own and shoot on a vintage 1956 Bolex B8 8mm camera which I repaired after buying the camera in a damaged condition.I am an avid photographer. I enjoy nature photography especially and use this hobby to maintain my camera knowledge and skills for film work. First aid trained.
