My name is Stephen Green and I am writing to be considered for any 3rd/2nd/1st AD, Floor Manager, Location Coordinator/Manager, Production Coordinator/Manager positions available for current or future productions.I am keen to apply my skills and knowledge from my degree, work experience and volunteer positions to contribute to responsible production projects, to get further experience with various day-to-day developments of running a creative production office and coordinating studio and location shoots. I am driven to support productions through my representation to various internal departments and externally to production commissioners, public bodies, partners and stakeholders, and to continue to encourage and support the delivery of resources of high impact, quality and value for the production team and crews.I wish to engage in the various processes and initiatives within multiple areas of production planning and coordination, whilst offering further opportunities to define, discuss, develop and implement ongoing improvements to the effectiveness, success and sustainability of unified production approaches, plans and processes. I am especially passionate to continue to engage with and where possible improve development and support initiatives that promote and encourage diversity, inclusivity and sustainability, along with having a positive social impact on communities.Currently based in the West Midlands and already having freelance experience in film production, along with project and programme management, I am keen to build on my production experience, working with and supporting the production team and crew both on set and in the office workplace. I am committed to continue my professional development within production management, and I strive to lead and support others with theirs, in order to continually learn further into the practises, processes and regulations that are required with drama production planning, development and management.
