Caroline is an award-winning filmmaker, graduating from the National Film and Television School with an MA in Cinematography. She is a member of BAFTA, Illuminatrix and the BSC Cine Club.Most recently, Caroline was DOP for episodes of THE GREAT S3 (Hulu) and sole DOP of new crime drama GRANITE HARBOUR for BBC 1. In 2021 she was DOP for all episodes of GUILT S2 that won Best Drama, Best Writer and Best Actress at BAFTA Scotland 2022 Awards (BBC/Expectation TV/Happy Tramp North). She was DOP on BBC Three's LADYBABY (Kudos/BBC) that was nominated for Best Comedy Drama at the Broadcast Awards 2022. She was also second unit DOP on series six of OUTLANDER (Left Bank Pictures/Starz). Other work includes the feature film YOU CAN TUTU that is being distributed by Netflix in UK/USA/AUS/NZ. Carolines awards include Best Cinematography for sci-fi THIS IS AXIOM at the Largo Film Awards 2018 and an award for excellence at the Global Film Festival. Caroline loves to engage with the emotions and relationships of each character onscreen in a cinematic way.
