Description
My experience includes providing administrative and logistical support on national and international theatre tours, coordinating schedules, managing call times, processing timesheets and reports, and acting as a key point of contact between venues, producers, stakeholders and company members. I have experience handling confidential information, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring productions run efficiently under tight deadlines.
Alongside my production experience, I have delivered workshops and managed projects within educational settings, developing strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, from performers and students to senior staff and external partners. My background in events coordination has further strengthened my experience in venue liaison, scheduling, client communication and operational planning.
In June 2026, I completed the All Spring Media Production Coordinator Skills Bootcamp, gaining practical knowledge of production workflows, script breakdowns, call sheet creation, Movie Magic, child licensing and safeguarding, production sustainability, health and safety, and copyright and intellectual property considerations.
Key strengths include production coordination, schedule and call time management, stakeholder liaison, attention to detail, problem solving, leadership and maintaining calm and professional communication in high-pressure environments.
Having worked as an actor, director and producer, I bring a strong understanding of the needs of different departments and enjoy supporting teams to deliver productions efficiently and collaboratively.
