My name is Damaris Santana. I am about to graduate from a course in Film Production and Film Studies. Across my degree I have been able to work with equipment like Sony FX3, C100, and others. I have some experience with sound and lighting as well. In my Film Studies degree I was able to run a small student film festival. My key role was to choose the films and schedule the program. In both parts of my degree I have been able to work in a fast paced space, and to organise my time to achieve all my assignments at their best. I am able to work independently and collaboratively and to take different roles to help others. I am proficient in editing softwares like Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. I also have a certificate of the Mark Milsome Foundation, which taught me about safety in a film set. I am a big enthusiast of film and media, and I am ready to start and develop my career in the field.
My hobbies include photography, crocheting and pole fitness. Photography and crocheting allow me to explore my creativity, and pole fitness helps me to keep moving my body. I also like writing essays and reviews, and I have a blog where I post some of them. Likewise, I post video reviews on YouTube that allow me to express myself freely.
