I have experience coordinating shoots and day to day production logistics, keeping track of schedules, call sheets, locations, travel, and on set requirements. I am confident speaking with crew, talent, clients, and vendors, and I make sure everyone has the information they need at the right time.
I am strong on the operational side of production. I handle permissions, documents, invoices, and basic budgeting support, and I keep trackers updated so nothing gets missed. I can manage multiple jobs at once, prioritise what is urgent, and still protect quality. When issues come up last minute, I stay level headed, find solutions, and keep the team moving.
I am comfortable with admin heavy work and I am good with systems. I use Excel and Google Sheets for budgets, schedules, contact lists, and progress tracking. I keep files organised, label things properly, and maintain clean handovers. I am detail focused, but I do not get stuck in perfection, I keep things practical and on time.
I also care about the people side of production. I enjoy supporting a team, keeping energy positive, and making set feel professional and respectful. I take feedback well, I learn quickly, and I am happy to jump in wherever needed to make the day run smoothly.
