I am a graduate of the University of Bristol, where I studied Film and Television. During that time, I was involved in many short films, including a comedy short film I wrote and directed called Working Title. During my degree I was heavily invovled with the InFilm society at UoB, a student society focused around filmmaking, and encouraging aspiring students from all degrees to try out making films. I was on the committee of this society for two consecutive years as treasurer and social media manager. I have a lot of experience as a boom operator/sound recordist on a number of short films, including Puddle Man, an indipendent short film currently making the rounds at numerous short film festivals across the country. I also have some experience in other production roles, for example during my graduate film I took on the roles of 1st AD and producer, and in doing so developed organisational and logistical managment skills. I am able to work closely with actors and make sure the needs of everyone on set are being met and everyone is happy and comfortable. I also have experience editing, and can use Da Vinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro.
I greatly enjoy the process of editing, especially continuity editing. I also enjoy sound mixing and sound design. I like inventive, experimental filmmaking and editing, and have experience working in the horror genre, as this is a genre I especially enjoy to watch and to create.
