El is a Performance Designer and Costume Trainee based in the South West and a recent graduate of the BA Hons Design for Costume and Performance degree at Arts University Bournemouth where she specialised in Set Design.Throughout her studies El developed a deep interest in Set Design, drawn to the ability to create other worlds that immerse the audience within the story. She enjoys using textures, colours and levels to add depth and character to a space. During her time at university she worked on a variety of projects for both stage and screen, gaining experience in scenic art, prop making, costume sourcing and illustration.
