I am pretty much entry-level when it comes to the film/tv industry but I do have a fair bit of experience in all areas of production. If you are ever in need of a runner, production assistant, set assistant or anything else you believe could be fitting someone with my moderate experience outside of an actual production, I am more then happy to help and open to travel when/if necessary too. I would love to make it as an AD one day but for now Im still in the process of trying to get my foot in the door.As a little bit of background, I have a undergraduate in Film and Media (more theory than practical experience) and Masters in Media Production, I didnt get a lot of hands-on experience on a set until my Masters final project, but mainly first job in a similar field as a videographer and photographer for a small business, working to film, edit and produce client videos for their websites.During my time at Blue Whale Media, I enjoyed the days when we were out filming on location/set most; there were only two/three people including myself so there was a lot of responsibility to manage the on-set days well and effectively, as well as becoming a bit of a jack-of-all-trades within a production. Being on a set, whether it was in a warehouse or outdoors doing drone work, and watching a production of a video come together was always fulfilling and a positive feeling. And I recently volunteered at the BFI Future Film Festival. This allowed me to start building some connections through working together with other volunteers and getting the chance to talk to industry professionals at the BFI Marketplace that was held.I am passionate about helping people and being creative. Volunteering at the BFI made me realise that it is something I can see myself doing as a job that requires those attributes on a production.
