I am a multi-skilled operator and producer across sport, music, documentary, and short-form film. I am technically confident and quick to learn new equipment and software. From a camera perspective I have experience with Sony FX9, FX6 & FX3 , Arri Mini, Alexa & Amira, Arri SR3 & 416, Black Magic URSA & Pocket 6k. I have also on student projects had the pleasure of loading and unloading 16mm film on multiple occasions. I have used various types of LED and Tungsten lighting. Also having worked in various rental houses I have built and packed away many types of lighting equipment. Naturally, being able to load and unload a van full of equipment is something that I exercised a lot whilst working in rental houses. I also have edited a large quantity of projects. I receive great enjoyment from using various offline and online editing softwares including Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, Avid Media Composer, Adobe Audition.I enjoy writing - which I typically carry out on my Final Draft application. Through writing regularly I have managed to gain a strong understanding of what makes a story transferable to screen.Combining creative thinking, strong communication, and a positive, reliable presence makes me a strong condidate to have on set. I always bring a positive attitude with me that allows for happy working environments. I'm very determined with each job I undertake, allowing me to be effective and always reach a successful end result.
I love picking up new things. I always want to learn - not just technical and production skills - but also life focused slivers of information. Gaining a more significant insight and understanding of the world we live in through exploring story telling.To relax I do watch a large amount of football but I also enjoy working on myself physically by going to the gym, attending boxing classes and going on hikes.Typically when walking I bring my dog with me - this helps keep me connected to nature and provides me with the mental fortitude since I allow solo time for myself. I spend a lot of time completing puzzles and games, chess in particular (whilst I am not amazing) is one that I always find myself coming back to. And finally, when not working on productions, I find myself engrossed in new movies and television shows from the comfort of my sofa or in front of a cinema screen.
