I am a profoundly deaf who uses British Sign Language, I have a Cochlear Implant and can use spoken English. I am also driven and striving to do my best in the industry. I have experience in runner & 3rd AD roles. I have worked with many 1st AD & 2nd ADs to ensure the set and filming days goes smoothly.As a 3rd, I have experience in placing SAs and arranging their movements through the scene.Communicating with the 1st AD and relaying set updates to various departments.As a runner, I dealt with driving artists to set and inviting them onto the set. Driving to various locations fordepartments requirements, locking off sections of the set to ensure no public wander in shot.I am a good communicator and listener; I also receive instructions well and perform to the best of myability and with my team. With my deafness, I find myself with more spatial awareness and more drivenand engaging to succeed within my job field. I also want to raise awareness of deafness into the industry.
