I am a motivated and detail-oriented Film and Television graduate from the University of Derby, specializing in Assistant Directing and Production Management. I’m passionate about the organisation and teamwork that turn creative ideas into successful productions, thriving in roles that demand clear communication, structure, and calm leadership under pressure.
Throughout my degree, I gained hands-on experience across all stages of production, from directing, producing, and design to logistics, scheduling, and on-set management. I discovered my strength lies in problem-solving and ensuring productions run smoothly, whether managing cast and crew or supporting departments as needed. Working with industry tools such as Final Draft and Adobe Premiere Pro strengthened my technical and practical understanding of production workflows.
I value the balance between planning and adaptability. As an Assistant Director, I enjoy being at the center of communication, supporting the director’s vision while keeping the team informed and motivated. As a Production Manager, I take pride in organisation, problem-solving, and fostering a positive, professional environment where everyone can perform at their best.
Outside of film, I work in security as a licensed doorman, a role that has enhanced my confidence, awareness, and ability to remain composed under pressure. This experience has honed my communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills, qualities that directly benefit my work on set.

Creativity has always been at the heart of my work in film and television. I’m passionate about storytelling in all its forms, whether through writing scripts, building worlds in the art department, or stepping in front of the camera.
My journey began with a fascination for film’s storytelling power, where every element contributes to a scene’s emotional impact. This led me to screenwriting, where I learned to craft authentic, imaginative narratives and develop strong characters. The feedback I received during my degree helped refine my voice and deepen my understanding of collaborative storytelling.
Alongside writing, I’ve gained hands-on experience in the art department, bringing stories to life through design and detail. From creating props to dressing sets, like the miniature war zone I built for my first university project, I’ve developed a love for transforming ideas into tangible worlds that enhance a film’s atmosphere.
I also have a background in acting, having performed in theater from a young age. Being on set offers a valuable perspective on performance, and I hope to explore this further, even as an extra on larger productions.
