Looking for Production roles, from APOC and above!
I have recently been living and working in New Zealand, and continued my work in the industry. I have previous experience in Features, Drama and Unscripted.
I have multiple bases throughout the UK so I am happy to base myself wherever required, have my own car and licence, and am happy to travel for work.
My recent roles include, but are not limited to:
- Progress and Wrap Reports
- Travel and Accommodation (organised Cast travel and accommodation for various budgeted shows/films, including multiple location moves - also organised both international and regional travel, meaning multiple planes, trains and hotels, as well as sorting visas!)
- POs and various logs (took on the majority of POs for the department/other departments, as well as taking responsibility and overseeing all logs are up to date for the entirety of the shoot, whilst also managing the team's work is up to date)
- Crew Contracts (familiar with Engine)
- Cast and Stunts Contracts (experience with Equity/PACT Contracts, and handling sensitive information such as CANS - experienced in engaging with Producer, Cast and agents when needed regarding any queries)
- Cast (liaised with all Cast/Agents in order to sort logistics of travel etc., as well as any other filming needs, also processing confidential information regarding Cast information and distributing various documents accordingly – e.g. creating Cast Confirmations etc. - also dealt with all Cast expenses)
- Team management (managed team, throughout job and ensured all tasks were completed, as well as teaching any skills they wished to learn)
- Distribution (Prep Diary, Callsheets and Sides, Crew/Prep Memos, Scripts and amends etc.)
- Vendors (researched and organised kit when needed, in various locations)
- Wrap (Wrap of Office, Wrap Party/Gifts, ensured all equipment was accounted for and returned to various vendors, Deliverables)
