My passion is simple: I love film and television. It’s my desire to work around all the components of a set. On the path to my goal, I studied Filmmaking at university, I took on leading roles in over 15 short films and understood the inner workings of a production. Through tirelessly and pragmatically working on call sheets, shoot schedules and dissecting scripts, I discovered my skills as an affable planner, quick thinker and extroverted problem solver.
Storytelling and collaborating with actors has always intrigued me, this has manifested in Directing and Casting scripted dramas throughout my time at University. I enjoy Directing projects that follow flawed characters navigating stressful situations and moral dilemmas. An example of this is my most recent project, ‘Behind Sterlingate,’ a political drama about desperation and the lengths a person will go to save their public image.
