After working in post-production for the past few years I have decided to make the switch to a more production focused role with the goal of progressing to a producer position in the future. With hands-on experience in workflows, archival processes, and technical operations, I am confident that my diverse skill set and enthusiasm would be an asset to your team.Although most of my experience is in post production I do have some previous experience working as PA and runner in which I assisted with the set up and organising of production offices. I have also gained experience organising accommodation and travel arrangements as well as managing schedules. In my positions as a Dailies Operator and previously a Data I/O Operator, I have worked closely with production teams, post departments, and creatives to ensure smooth workflows, timely deliverables, and clear communication throughout projects. These experiences have strengthened my project management skills and my ability to troubleshoot, coordinate across departments, and maintain a keen eye for detail.Alongside my technical background, I have also independently produced content and managed complex schedules and logistics in my role as a Content Producer. This demonstrated my ability to plan and execute initiatives that engage diverse audiences, manage budgets, and build partnerships.I thrive in both team environments and independent settings, where my leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are highly valued.
