Description
I am an office/production runner working in factual entertainment, eager to step into scripted production. I have a strong interest in development and production, and I’ve gained loads of transferable skills while working in production and office management. I have a strong foundation in administrative skills, scheduling, and multi-department collaboration, and I am eager to bring my adaptability, enthusiasm, and organisational skills to a new role.
As the sole office runner at Love Productions’ Bristol office, I have served as the primary point of contact for all office-related matters, including diary management, inbox coordination, travel arrangements, expenses, and onboarding new staff. This role has allowed me to develop strong working relationships across multiple departments, as I am often the first point of contact for staff. I have actively sought opportunities to contribute beyond my role, gaining experience in post-production paperwork, casting outreach, research tasks, and booking travel for contributors.
Despite being office-based, I am frequently asked to assist productions during busy periods, often stepping in mid-way through a series’ filming process. I am quick to adapt to new teams and environments, and my ability to handle high workloads under tight deadlines has made me a go-to person for various tasks, both in and out of the office.
My work experience as a script reader for Big Talk and participation in a documentary development trainee scheme with Silver Strand have also given me insight into managing confidential materials such as scripts, treatments, and pitch decks.
