Specialise in Animation production - I learnt a lot about the value and importance of budgeting and scheduling while working on animation projects at netflix. Every frame counts and has a cost. I learnt to use creative thinking and working with new emerging talent to reduce costs and expanding NEtflix's talent pool - hiring crew and handling onboarding - setting up on systems, creating briefs, handling POs and invoices and deal terms, NDAs and contracts. Additionally, I have training in Sustainability in Film/TV - I trained with Greenshoot in 2024 to improve and monitor sustainability protocals on set. More recently, I worked in Spain on a feature film and created designated smoking areas in order to make sure ciggarette filters were not being mixed with recycling bins, bought in reusuable water bottles and managed health and safety protocols.
