I have strong communication skills and a lot of experience managing and training staff.I am a great team leader that always leads from the front, I’m very good identifying peoples skill sets and utilising them to the best of their abilities.I am great at multi tasking, extremely adept at problem solving and logistical planning.Highly organised and great attention to detail.High of written and spoken English.Having worked in the building industry for many years, and completing a plasterers apprenticeship when I was young, I have a great all round knowledge of every trade including electrics and plumbing, with a sound knowledge of, machines, vehicles and engines also.My work ethic is set in stone, I’m pro active, extremely capable and adaptable, I have a can do attitude and take pride in my work, completing tasks with great care, organisation and attention to detail. I work extremely well in a team with people of all skill levels, backgrounds and personalities. I am equally happy working independently, I love scouting new locations.I have owned and operated Devon Film Logistics for 6 years, working on many large and small tv and film productions, we have built up a great reputation.For me, the highlight of working in locations, is, making it work! The more rural or remote the location and the more logistically challenging to service, the more satisfying it is when I succeed.
I was a commercial fisherman for the majority of my life, having been born into a fishing family, I still have a keen interest in fishing and any outdoor activity.
