I have 20 years experience in drama production, over which time I have developed a detailed understanding of the production process from pre-production, through shooting and post. I always work in a calm, methodical and organised manner, conscientious and focused, which enables me to ensure everything runs smoothly whilst balancing all the intricacies and pressures production faces. I am confident to lead a team and build a collaborative, supportive working environment, being pro-active and using my knowledge to create efficient, effective working practices.I was an AD for 8 years, progressing to 2nd AD, then moved across to production, working for the next decade as Production Coordinator and more recently Production Manager. Over the last year I have also moved into a supervisory role, working with the production team and using my experience and knowledge to help and guide them through the production.
