I am an experienced manager with a history of working in high pressure environments, transferring my expertise to the AD department - aiming to progress up and drawn in particular to the unique challenges this department offers.I am highly capable in all areas required to be a key member of an AD/runner team: motivated and organised, a great team player and leader, adept at multitasking, problem solving, and prioritisation under pressure, skilled at communicating with cast / crew / the rest of the AD team, and highly effective at managing large crowds of SAs.I love to work with the rest of the AD team - taking initiative when required and communicating key information and timings (such as first turnover, cast food in hand, SAs stepping on and off set, etc.), as well as working carefully to specific instruction when necessary.Much of my experience is in in working with cast and SAs, whether attending to cast and keeping track of their movements at all times, or directing background SAs and monitoring their hours and any potential extra fees that may be incurred.I am also qualified as a Level 3 First Aider, as well as having my City & Guilds accredited Practical Accredited (Children’s) Regulations Training - meaning I have detailed knowledge of working regulations and safeguarding required when working with U18s cast and SAs.I have also recently completed a 3rd AD Skills Bootcamp with All Spring Media, which has prepared me to step up and take on more responsibilities within the AD department.I am the holder of a valid clean driving licence and have my own car.
