I am a newly graduated Graphic Design student, who is looking to work within Film and Tv. I have been a part of small productions and have been in different roles, which has given me the opportunity to learn and understand what is needed by each member and how they roles affect each other.My studies have allowed me to be able to learn how to communicate with individuals and in groups, as the way you would need to change depends on the other people. As well as their own knowledge, this includes myself. I am confident in my ability to ask for help, being a member of a team will help me learn and understand new skills.
Passionate Graphic Designer that has been surrounded in historical knowledge my entire life, this has created my interest in History. Within my own art I use or mimic historical methods, style and knowledge to inspire and engage an audience. I have created Props and Settings for Drama productions and have an understanding what issues may happen when creating large scaled objects and how to prepare or altar designs for these issues.I was a member in my school’s drama society, which would hold an annual end of year musical. I was able to grow in confidence and skills throughout it, starting as a background character to later becoming a student director. This allowed me to help manage the shows and other students, it was a unique experience as the younger students would come to me for support. I leant the skills needed to manage a musical, I created scene lists clearly showing; who, what and where, needed for each scene. I would ensure water was available and space to relax for the actors and ensure they were prepared.
