Experienced camera operator, drone operator and camera assistant with credits in unscripted documentary, factual, fact. ent, children's and scripted children's and HETV productions.
Experience as a Director of Photography within documentary and narrative work, for both broadcast and low-budget projects.
Operating with multiple camera systems. ARRI Amira, Sony FX3, FX30, FX9, FS7, A7siii, A7iii, Blackmagic URSA 12K, Pocket Cinema Camera, Canon EOS C100, C200, GoPro and more.
Working with a variety of camera rigs (DJI, Movi Pro, Cineback, Teleprompter), wireless tech (Teradek Bolt, SmallHD, DJI, Hollyland), lenses, lighting packages and sound equipment.
A2 and CAA Drone licences (DJI Mini Pro 4), with drone operating credits in a number of genres within challenging scenarios.
Clapper loading & data wrangling on scripted productions with multiple camera teams.
Can effectively self-shoot, monitoring sound and lighting, working with talent and communicating effectively with contributors.
Able to assist with technical needs during prep and production and other office duties (location scouting, casting, edits, contacting contributors).
Working within self-shooting teams and larger crews with a high level of technical and editorial knowledge.
Producing, directing, shooting and editing award-winning independent sport documentaries, with film festival runs internationally and screenings across the UK.
Sony FX3 + DJI Mini Pro 4 + Lighting Package + Sound Equipment.
First aid trained. DBS. Manchester-based (available to work anywhere).
