Most recently, I have been working on two feature films for DNA Films - 28 Years Later/sequel. I was the main travel and accommodation coordinator for ATL/Cast/Stunts/Long Stay accommodation for a heavily location based production. I have a passion for understanding all the department's requirements, for example which departments need prep and strike, how will this affect their accommodation needs over the shoot period and how will this affect the budget over the entire production. I would work closely with my producers, pitching 5* hotels for the cast members and negotiating deals for long stays within our set budget. Lastly, I was also working with our other coordinator assisting with unit moves, hotel recce's and other crew based admin. I spent a lot of time on set, always talking with the different departments, gaining a wider understanding of the different processes that were occurring each day.Working well with talent and crew - I have been praised by my producers previously for my professional conduct and attention to detail. I am usually the main point of contact for travel/accommodation/contract/general requests. I am polite and personable, whilst making sure they feel confident that I am handling the stressful details of travelling, all accommodation requests are met, and easily contactable/approachable for anything needed during production. I worked in hospitality for 7 years as well, so I do go above and beyond when it comes to dealing with people in general. Production Sustainability - Not only am I passionate about sustainability, but I have a confident repertoire when it comes to drafting green memos, discussing each department tracking evidence for post production and recording data for Albert.
