• Working with talent - getting food and drink orders, knowing their timings, picking up from talent door and taking to their dressing rooms or hair and make up etc.• Art - assisting the art director with setting out props, changing props during strike, checking continuity shots.• Production - giving the relevant departments correct paper work, printing, checking stock, setting up dressing rooms, green rooms and office spaces, serving drinks in the green rooms, audience ushering.• Floor - being a stand in, topping up talent drinks on set during breaks.• Studio - checking guest lists, assigning passes, sorting deliveries.
