The thing that makes me tick is the craftsmanship in making detailed props and costume for film,performance and theatrical immersive art. As well as helping to create an environment where audiencesexperience the feeling of collective submersion into another world and narrative.With experience from a range of projects, from set design for Glastonbury Festival, to costume and propdesign for multiple stage productions at Arts University Bournemouth and films with Bournemouth FilmSchool. 3D hands-on making is essential to the way I execute outcomes within my practice, whether thatbe scale model-making or draping on the stand. The idea that one costume or prop has the potential togive a whole unspoken life to a character, is something that greatly excites me.Any artistic endeavour has always been a way of projecting my imagination into the physical that can be shared with and experienced by others, bridging the gap between the intangible world of thought and the tangible.I am a recent graduate of Performance Design and Film Costume at Arts University Bournemouth. This degree entails everything from set and props to costumes, which are all designed and made or sourced for frequent productions and shorts.
