I was born in Buenos Aires and began my career in film in 2004 where I also focused on large format photography for advertising, collaborating with photographer Charlie Mainardi on car lighting. I expanded my photographic experience through experimentation and attending courses in cinematography, painting studies, and image aesthetics, which ended up significantly influencing my artistic vision. As director of photography and cameraman for the film, “Los Delincuentes” by Rodrigo Moreno (Premier “Un Certain Regard” at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival) I received the award for Best Photography Direction at the Sur Awards (AACCA) and at the Havana Film Festival. More recently, I filmed the miniseries “Nothing” for Disney Star+ directed by Mariano Cohn and Gaston Duprat, which starred Luis Brandoni and Robert De Niro. I am currently collaborating with director Wang Bing on his latest documentary filmed in Colombia.
