I’m a new entrant to the screen industries, currently studying an MA in Production Management for Film, TV, and Digital Media, with the goal of progressing into Production Management roles. I have experience managing short films and working across both production office and on-location environments, where I’ve developed strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating logistics under pressure.I’m trained in set etiquette and committed to sustainable production practices through BAFTA ALBERT certification. My strengths include clear communication, problem-solving, organisation, and adaptability, all vital for fast-paced production settings. I’m confident using tools like Microsoft Office, call sheets, and logging software, and I bring a proactive and team-focused approach to every project.I’m passionate about supporting creative teams and keeping productions running smoothly, with a particular interest in fostering inclusive and efficient working environments. I’m ready to bring energy, reliability, and a solution-focused mindset to the industry.
I’m particularly interested in the operational and logistical side of screen production, with a focus on the systems and structures that keep productions on track. I’m passionate about production management as a creative-enabling role, especially in how planning, budgeting, scheduling, and communication contribute to a successful and sustainable production.I have a strong interest in improving industry access and equity, particularly in addressing socio-economic barriers to entry and the impact of nepotism on progression into Head of Department roles a focus I’m currently exploring through my MA dissertation.I’m also committed to sustainable working practices, with a keen interest in how productions can reduce environmental impact through practical and efficient solutions. Additionally, I’m curious about emerging technologies that support production coordination and post-production workflows, including scheduling tools and AI-assisted planning systems.
