I am a new entrant into the film industry with a passion for honing my skills within the Camera department. Thus far in my career, I have completed multiple shooting days of work experience on a high-end television production commissioned by the BBC. On set, I became acclimatised to what is expected of a crew member- including having good time management and a proficiency at solving problems calmly and efficiently. In particular, I worked closely with the Camera Trainee's, who taught me all the in's and out's on battery management- learning different battery types and having the ability to keep these charged as well as keeping the Camera's running all day. As well as this, I learnt how to rig Monitors, both on location as well as within moving vehicles- using several different pieces of equipment to secure them. As much as I did learn on set, there is a lot left for me to experience and learn, yet many skills I have picked up will be highly transferrable to different situations. Overall, I'm a forward thinking and enthusiastic individual, looking for more on set experience to further my skillset.
