Description
I’m a London & Birmingham based cinematographer with over a decade of experience shooting commercials, narrative and music videos.
I’ve loved films and filmmaking as long as I can remember; growing up on a diet of classic 80s and 90s cinema from a very early age. I first picked up a video camera in my teens and quickly realised I wanted to spend my life making images and telling the kinds of stories that hooked me as a child.
After completing a film theory degree I honed my craft travelling the world shooting branded content and documentaries, before focusing my attention on the more controlled worlds of commercial and narrative that first inspired me to pick up a camera.
Spending my formative years working with available light has informed and shaped my approach to lighting and framing. I enjoy crafting bold, moody and emotive images; presenting a heightened, stylised version of reality and which help support and tell engaging stories.
My narrative credits include short film ROY which was long listed for the 2022 BAFTA for Best British Short Film, THANKS, BOSS a Random Acts short for CHANNEL 4, STARBOY, a BFI Funded short, BRAVO TWO CHARLIES, a comedy pilot for BBC WALES and the RTS Award Winning IRISH, BLACKS AND DOGS, which recently premiered on SKY ARTS. I’ve also shot work for NETFLIX, HBO, BBC ONE & TWO, CHANNEL 5, ZDF, DISNEY+ & SKY DOCUMENTARIES.

My work has been featured in the prestigious ARRI ALEXA 35 Showreel and has been screened at Oscar, BAFTA and BIFA qualifying festivals across the world.
