Having recently attended a Production Assistant Skills Bootcamp, I have gained further technical skills, such as being able to operate a Video camera for filming, setting it up, use of a boomer mic, and also learnt how to use a Walkie-Talkie, including the codes. My knowledge on various topics such as Etiquette and Behaviours on set, Sustainability in production, Copyrighting, Budgeting and Scheduling, Audience and Pitching and the skills needed to present successfully, are all aspects of which I am confident I can bring to a production role. I am currently using my time to develop skills on other aspects such as editing film using Premiere Pro. I film small shots using my iPhone 14, around my local area and try to practice editing with this software.I have also completed courses on ScreenSkills (Tackling Bullying and Harassment and Safeguarding for all) and have a ScreenSkills Training Passport. I bring a diverse skill set developed through roles that require strong problem-solving, organisation, and communication. I excel in both independent work and collaborative team environments, adapting quickly to fast-paced, high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. With excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities, I have experience managing internal and external stakeholder relations. Through project management, my leadership and prioritisation skills enable me to manage demanding workloads effectively. Additionally, I have a strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and am comfortable with both Microsoft and Apple operating systems. My understanding of social media platforms further complements my administrative and analytical strengths.
My interests in Film and TV extends to a diverse range of genres, and I am open to working on any genre, my special interests lie with Comedy, Drama, Historical / Period. I am interested in learning different departments of the industry, such as Video editing, Location management and Production assistants. My personal interests in Make up and fashion leads me to also be interested in the Costume and Hair & Make-up departments. As I gain further experience into the field, I hope to navigate my speciality and strength in the industry.
