Building on from my journalism BA where I was awarded the Lynda La Plante fund for outstanding contribution to journalism and my MA in documentary filmmaking, I am looking to transfer the skills I have learned into the workplace. I am ready to focus my storytelling through the visual image. My ambition is to tell compelling stories through a strong, artistic vision. I am a committed team player who has experience in various aspects of production. I have experience producing my own documentary on the experiences of people seeking asylum in the UK. This taught me skills in research, interviewing, lighting, sound and using camera's. I have also produced promotional video's for organisations across Liverpool where i was studying. I am adaptable, hard working and keen to work in the film and TV industry. I have a full and clean UK drivers license and will be willing to relocate.
