I just graduated from university in the Netherlands so I am currently focused on looking for work in Film and TV. Through my experiences in managing and directing amateur theatre, organising student festivals and production managing two London Fashion Week shows, I have come to see that working in film will combine my favourite aspects of those industries, namely the organisation, creativity and working in a larger team towards a final goal. My experience has led me to find my strengths in being a support for a project, knowing where and when to help out most and always looking ahead to see what needs to be done to make the project run smoothly. I am a highly organised, driven and creative person and I love working in collaboration with others. I love working collaboratively within a team but also happy to take the lead when required. My experience I coordinated logistics for six London Fashion Week shows, managing backstage teams of up to 20 people and ensuring seamless execution under tight deadlines.I wrote, directed and managed amateur theatre productions, overseeing budgets, schedules and creative collaboration with cast and crew.I organised student festivals and events, building detailed plans, leading teams and adapting to last minute challenges. These experiences taught me how to problem-solve, communicate effectively and manage competing priorities - all of which are vital for work in the industry.
