Auburnoak was my final year project at Teesside University. I plan to make a future YouTube animated series based on Auburnoak. The story revolves around a young red squirrel who protects the titular tree from an army of grey squirrels. For the project, I used Maya and Photoshop. I drew and coloured the characters in 2D in Photoshop, and then I exported the body parts into a 3D scene in Maya. But to export them, I used a software that recommended to me by one of my lecturers, Andy Bashforth. The software is known as PSDto3DExporter.
My biggest passion is thinking of my own storylines, characters, and/or universes. But I also imagine how I want my characters to look, sound, and behave. I also have an interest in acting; in my Auburnoak project, the two characters that appear are both voiced by me. But I'm also a member of 2 drama groups, and in one of them, I recently played a Viking chieftain.
