• Managing of supporting artist budgets between £30,000 & £300,000• Experience working throughout the United Kingdom & abroad• Breaking down scripts into the elements required for each scene• Acting as the main point of contact with each project’s cast & crew in the day-to-day running of the show• Drawing up fittings & rehearsal schedules in conjunction with relevant departments• Generating a breakdown of required facilities & transport for each shooting day according to the shooting schedule• Writing the callsheet detailing each filming day• Compiling the AD Report part of the Daily Production Report (shooting times, cast working hours, additional crew, supporting artist totals)• Arranging cast transport to and from the workplace• Making amendments and suggestions to the shooting schedule on behalf of the 1st Assistant Director when required
