I've gained a lot of skills from working in Production Management in unscripted for 6 years. I've worked across Factual Entertainment, Live Events, Music, Factual and Docs. I am now transferring over to scripted as that has been my aim since moving into the industry in 2016 after changing career.Key Skills:- Learn and adapt at pace- Problem solving- Budget managementI work comfortably in big or small teams, confidently deal with stakeholders at all levels, and enjoy working across numerous departments. During my time in TV, I have also come to understand that you meet a lot of different personalities, and I have grown my ability to ‘read a room’. Its also important to be trustworthy and to understand confidentiality and be professional. My more technical production-based skills: - PMI- Crew contracting (Sargent Disc/Crew Start)- Albert Certification- Production Center (Netflix)- Silvermouse Working on a landmark Science series also gave me the opportunity to learn about the post production process and I assisted the Exec Producer with supervising the VFX workflow from the VFX supplier to the post facility. On the same series the Line Producer gave me responsibility for managing the post budget.
