I am a creative, dedicated, experienced Self Shooting PD as well as an enthusiastic and versatile team member.
I can deal with research, contributors, bookings, release forms, locations, arrange and direct crews, I solve problems, get things done, I am very flexible and can work with highbrow contributors or members of the public and have lots of experience interviewing. I am as outgoing as hard working yet discreet and thorough in my research.
I started making factual videos in 2002, the vast majority for online content. I produced 5 films at the University of Sussex touching sensitive and cultural subjects between 2015 and 2018, some of them have featured on international documentary festivals and academic moving image publications. At Sussex I was trained in the strictest of ethics for documentarists as well as fully developing technically and critically as a film maker. This training built upon my extensive commercial film making experience as an advertiser for some of the most creative and largest agencies in the world working for and producing commercials for clients like Ford, Tabasco, Birds Eye, COI, Dulux among many others.
I am proficient with most of our industry usual equipment, including FS7, C300, BlackMagic BMPCC, Sennheiser and Rhode microphones and remote lapel mics, Tascam and other recorders, GoPro cameras for multi-cameras shots, most professional editing and footage correction packages including Davinci Resolve, Premiere, Avid, FCPX and studio and location lighting equipment.
I am aware of Covid-19 prevention protocols having trained with ScreenSkillls on Coronavirus Awareness on Production. I have already received a dose of Covid-19 vaccine. I have a full, clean driving license, speak English, French and Spanish.
