I have experience working in drama production, specifically on continuing dramas and docudramas. Throughout my time working as a Production Coordinator on both Holby City and Doctors, I've worked closely with production managers and line producers to ensure production runs smoothly, acting as a key point of contact on a daily basis between various departments across all aspects of the production process. I’ve had extensive experience completing and distributing progress reports, in addition to thoroughly checking and amending call sheets (where necessary). Likewise, I have assisted with sourcing and booking crew, ensuring key documents are regularly updated such as unit lists and e-mail groups.I’ve worked closely with departments including casting and business affairs across the artiste booking process. This ranges from communicating with artistes and agents before they are booked, to ensuring they have all of the required information and documents once confirmed, before raising their fees and any necessary expenses in a timely manner. Working with approved suppliers, I have arranged travel and accommodation for a wealth of artistes, ensuring the individual’s needs are met.I have worked alongside post production coordinators and supervisors, clearing material and providing the relevant information to allow the necessary paperwork to be completed. Similarly, I have experience using SilverMouse, inputting data and aiding with the process to ensure all programmes are reported correctly.Throughout all of the above, I have comfortably shown my ability to handle sensitive information, working in line with GDPR. Likewise, the above proves my time management and my ability to meet challenging deadlines, successfully aiding in the timely delivery of a wealth of programmes.I have worked both independently and as part of a wider team to deliver high quality continuing drama and ensuring the challenging demands of production are met.
