I worked on a couple of TV shows as a location marshal, these include the Danny Boyle directed tv series, Pistol which follows the Sex Pistols on their rise to prominence and the second series of the BBC show, Back to Life. My duties included stopping cars and pedestrians whilst filming is happening, helping with the onset catering by giving food and drinks to other crew members. Whilst working on Pistol, I also did a week work of prep. In this week I visited each of the filming locations early and helped the locations team set up all costuming and makeup rooms, figure out a one way system around set to comply with the covid rules, and do letter drops to all the surrounding residents. I have experience in being a runner and camera assistant. I have worked for a company named Higham & Company which specialize in working with different brands on promoting their products through video. We worked for 2 days in London at Octopus Investments I was tasked with setting up the lighting and camera equipment, making sure all the equipment was fully working (batteries charged, memory cards etc). I also made drinks for all the crew members and moved furniture and stationery around for when they needed to film in a certain area and made sure all the interviewees had their mics on and were working. I have also done similar filming experience with this company at Frog restaurant in Convent Garden.
