I am currently working on my first HETV production as a Base Runner, which main duties are working with the Cast and departments and making sure the Cast are ready for filming as per the call sheet. I also negotiate with various departments at Base when organising fittings for the Cast, assisting the Covid team to schedule Covid tests for Cast prior to filming and general duties around Base. In-between duties I also assist as a Floor Runner on set in studio and on location. My job involves lots of time management, organisation, assertiveness, high communication skills and a good sense of humour. Being able to prioritise and manage my duties as a Runner is really important to the production, so making sure I communicate important and relevant information to different departments is vital in making sure production runs smoothly.
