I am a Principal Costume Standby based in Yorkshire, with a strong work ethic and a strong ability to organise. I have over six years experience working within the television industry, working within drama and serial drama. I am very experienced with costume breakdown, costume continuity and sewing skills and also have experience of being able to step up to costume supervisor when needed.
I have an avid interest in costume breakdown, in particular creating costume SFX injuries and blood work. I also have a BA (Hons) Fashion and Textile Design degree, and am qualified and skilled with garment alteration and construction. Being a Costume Standby, I have an excellent eye for detail and I am very experienced with creating detailed costume continuity notes, paper and digitally.
