My name is Elliot Janks and I have worked in various sectors of the Entertainment Industry over the last 10 years. Starting off as a Duty Manager in a Theatre, then becoming an on-set floor runner and stand-in on TV & Film sets, heading to Drama School in 2018, before then finally founding my own tech platform for performers in 2019 where I raised £650k of funding, managed 10 members of staff and scaled the platform to over 11,000 users (please see CV for full details).Simultaneously, I have continued to perform and also create my own work too – most recently a short film that I wrote and Executive Produced called ‘My Darling Amelia’ which got into several short film festivals around the world. Likewise, I am knowledgeable on Adobe Premiere Pro, and have experience editing short films to a deadline.I’m now looking to kickstart my career path in TV & Film production, with the aim of following either the scripted development or production management channel.I am a hardworking, passionate, and hungry-to-learn individual, ready to take the next step into a career in production.
