I am a trainee for the HETV and Feature Film sound department. I am always well liked by my colleagues due to my charisma, inquisitive nature and general practical skillset combined with my passion for the work. I am able to swing a boom pole and am proficient with a huge range of high end equipment. I come prepared with experience and a toolkit with everything our department may need in a hurry. My attention to detail in ensuring environments are as workable for capturing dialogue as possible is something I am particularly proud of. I can provide references from previous mixers as to the quality of my work and how I present myself and represent my team. I believe in keeping excellent relations with other departments as they always are willing to help us out and treat us with the respect we deserve when they see a friendly face representing them. I am currently in a position where I believe I can step myself up to 2nd on HETV as due to my experience as a trainee as well as stepping up in smaller scale productions, I know that if the challenge presented itself I would be able to handle the extreme high pressure of the high end shooting environment. I have a great love for film. I try to watch as many as possible and is key to my choice of industry. I'm completely in awe of how this industry can allow people who are creatives and technical minded to be allowed to do such an adventure of a job. Being able to visit new interesting places and every job meet such a diverse and interesting array of creative and technical people.
