George Pretty is an award-winning filmmaker and a graduate of the prestigious National Film & Television School near London. George grew up in Bristol and studied a BSc in zoology at Newcastle University before becoming an RSPB scholar to the National Film and Television School. He has over 5 years experience as a camera assistant in film and TV drama, and as a self shooting Producer Director in specialist factual documentary. His directorial debut 'Life On the Rocks' was screened at over 15 festivals around the world and picked up the emerging talent and best newcomer awards at 'Jackson Wild' and 'NaturVision Film Festival' respectively.
